Ajay began his career in the profession in 1979 and by 1981 he was a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants. He left in 1990 to start his own firm, Ajay Associates, which went on to specialise in the Dental, Medical and Children’s Day Care sectors. The firm merged with Elan & Co in July 2017. He is a founder member of NASDAL (The National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants and Lawyers). Ajay has advised many business owners on the purchase and sale of businesses, as well as fund raising, and has a practical and pragmatic approach to his work. Away from professional life he enjoys travelling and golf.
