Bernadette is a Chartered Accountant and she has over 22 years experience working in the profession and industry. Whilst working in practice, she worked with SME’s, gaining invaluable skills in financial and management accounting, auditing and taxation. Whilst in industry she worked in financial management for a number of multinational firms including Colgate, AEG and 10 years at Shell enhancing her business process & systems skills. She joined Elan & Co as a Partner in 2002.
